Amy S. Mello joined the firm in August 2003. She practices in the areas of estate, trust and guardianship administration; estate planning including wealth preservation; organization and maintenance of corporations and limited partnerships; family law; real estate title and development; zoning; civil litigation; and municipal law. Clients have been represented in Rhode Island and throughout Massachusetts, including Martha’s Vineyard, Cuttyhunk and the Town of Gosnold. Before joining the firm, she provided her legal services at the RWU Law Disability and Family Law Clinic in Providence, Rhode Island. Ms. Mello received her juris doctorate from the Roger Williams University School of Law, magna cum laude, salutorian, in 2003. She received her Bachelor of Science, magna cum laude, from Bridgewater State College in 1999, having majored in psychology. Ms. Mello is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, Women’s Bar Association and the Rhode Island Bar Association.
